Certification Versus Training

Our curriculum is divided into two key learning paths: Certification Programs and Training Sessions. While both are valuable, they serve different purposes in equipping participants with the tools to succeed. 

KeyneLink Training Sessions

For those who are new to KeyneLink or simply want a foundational understanding of the Performance Agreement process, our QuickStart training sessions provide an efficient introduction. These sessions focus on delivering essential knowledge and practical how-to guidance for team leaders and employees who are setting up initial Performance Agreements for themselves or their teams. 

While training sessions provide a strong starting point, they do not involve verification or deep application of the concepts. They are designed to help participants quickly become familiar with the tools and processes they need to start using KeyneLink effectively. 

Keyne Institute Certification Programs

Our certification programs are immersive, high-impact learning experiences designed to elevate the quality of your Performance Agreements, Progress Meetings, communication, and leadership, all through the lens of execution. These programs ensure that participants gain a mastery of execution principles, goal-setting, and structured performance conversations. This is not entry level training, this is next level. 

Each certification program consists of a series of hands-on workshops and individual coaching sessions, conducted in small groups. Unlike traditional training, our certification programs do more than provide information, they verify true competency and application. Through verification, active engagement, and guided implementation, certification confirms that participants can confidently apply their knowledge to drive real execution and performance improvements.
